Chicken and radish salad "Jazz"

This salad with chicken and radish will decorate any country table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Canned olives pitted 50 g

Radish 4-5 pcs

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse the chicken fillet and boil until tender for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.

Cool fillet and chop finely.

In a bowl, combine chicken fillet, chopped cucumbers and pitted olives.

Add chopped green onions and chopped radishes.

Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste, transfer to a salad bowl.

Jazz salad with chicken and radish is ready. Can be served at the table.
