Funchose and chicken salad

An original salad with funchose rice noodles, chicken and fresh vegetables, which you can prepare according to our recipe, will decorate your table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Funchoza 100 g

Minced chicken 100 g

Radish 5-6 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp l.

Rice vinegar 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Ground red pepper to taste


Add funchose noodles to a bowl of boiling water.

After 4 minutes, stir the noodles.

Place the funchose noodles on a sieve and rinse with clean cold water.

Chop the garlic.

Fry the garlic in vegetable oil.

Add minced chicken to the pan with garlic and, kneading with a fork, fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add red pepper to taste, stir and cool.

Rinse the vegetables.

Cut radish and cucumber into strips into a bowl.

Add prepared funchose noodles and fried minced chicken.

Add a mixture of soy sauce and rice vinegar.

Season the salad and stir. Let it brew for 20-25 minutes.

Funchose and chicken salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
