Salad "Tashkent"

Salad "Tashkent" is a godsend. The harmonious combination of chicken fillet with green radish and eggs will give a delicate and juicy taste. Simple, easy and inexpensive.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Green radish 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise to taste

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Chop the radish and soak in cold water for 20 minutes.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender and finely chop.

Combine radish, finely chopped dill and chicken in a bowl.

Add hard-boiled and coarsely chopped eggs.

Chop the onion in half rings and fry in vegetable oil.

Add the onion and mayonnaise to the bowl. Mix well. Salt to taste.

Put on a plate with lettuce leaves.
