Radish and egg salad

Delicious, light, spring-summer salad with radishes and eggs that can be prepared in a snap for any occasion.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Radish 7-10 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dill 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse the radishes and herbs. Boil the eggs and cool.

Cut the radish into slices, finely chop the eggs and put in a bowl.

Add finely chopped greens.

Stir the salad, salt to taste and season with mayonnaise.

Put in a salad bowl.

Radish and egg salad is ready. Can be served to the table.
