Radish and cucumber salad

Bright, juicy, radish and cucumber salad, this is a tasty and healthy addition to your homemade lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Radish 7-10 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Dill 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry vegetables and herbs.

Cut the cucumber and radish into a bowl.

Add chopped dill and parsley.

Pull lettuce leaves into a bowl with your hands.

Stir, salt to taste and season with vegetable oil.

Put on a dish.

Radish and cucumber salad is ready. Can be served to the table.
