Light and delicate salad for the New Year's table with chicken and pineapple.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 300 g
Canned pineapple 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Canned corn 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Walnuts (chopped) 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil chicken fillet and eggs until tender, cool.
In a bowl, combine finely chopped chicken and eggs.
Add grated cheese and diced pineapple.
Add chopped nuts, corn and mayonnaise. Stir and salt to taste.
Place several slices of canned pineapple on the bottom of transparent salad bowls.
Put the salad in salad bowls and top with herbs and walnuts. Chill the salad slightly in the refrigerator.
Chicken salad "New Year" is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
