Onion salad with rice is very juicy and hearty. It can completely replace the main course. Perfect for a lean menu.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Canned green peas 100 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Rice 4-5 Art. l.
Dill 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil rice, put it on a sieve, rinse well and dry.
Add canned peas to a bowl of rice.
Add the diced bell pepper.
Add finely chopped dill and salt.
Mix the salad well and season with vegetable oil.
Place in portioned salad bowls.
The onion rice salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
