Sophia salad with rice and cucumber

Delicious and healthy salad with rice and cucumber. Rice gives the salad a nourishment, and fresh cucumber and carrots add freshness.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Canned green peas 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Rice 4-5 Art. l.

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil rice, put it on a sieve, rinse well and dry.

Add the diced cucumber to the bowl of rice.

Add diced boiled carrots and finely chopped parsley.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the salad well and season with vegetable oil. Place the salad on a platter.

Our salad with rice and cucumber is ready. Can be served at the table.
