Arnie Chicken Salad is a delicious flaky salad made from simple and affordable ingredients, perfect for a festive dinner and beyond.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Green onions to taste
Salt to taste
Boil chicken fillet, eggs and potatoes until tender, cool and peel.
Place the first layer on the potatoes and brush with mayonnaise (we used a serving ring for serving).
Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet.
Put the chicken fillet in a second layer and brush with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
Lay out a layer of grated eggs and brush with mayonnaise.
Layer in a layer of finely chopped pickled cucumbers.
Put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, put the prepared salad on a dish, garnish with green onions.
The Arnie chicken salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
