Tuna salad with egg on toast

Tuna salad with egg on toast, this is easy to prepare but surprisingly tasty; disappears from the table instantly.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Baguette slice 5 pcs

Olive oil 1 tsp

Canned tuna in oil 100 g

Green onion (feather) 5 pcs

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Eggs (pre-boiled) 2 pcs

Hard cheese 30 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Cut the baguette into thick slices.

Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, combine tuna and finely chopped green onions.

Add eggs and cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste. Spread over each slice of loaf.

Tuna salad with egg on toast is ready. Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
