A light, tender Chinese cabbage vegetable salad with radishes that can be prepared very quickly.

Peking cabbage 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Radish 3-5 pcs
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Light mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil the eggs, rinse the onions, peel the radishes.
Chop the cabbage and put in a bowl. Add thinly sliced radish and chopped green onions.
Add boiled chopped eggs and season with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
Put in a salad bowl.
Serve our Chinese cabbage salad to the table.
