Diana fried chicken salad

This delicious and easy-to-prepare salad with fried chicken, vegetables and lettuce leaves no one indifferent. We recommend to cook with a margin.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 200 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens)

Lettuce leaves

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

It is good to beat off into the layer, add a little salt.

Fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.

Rinse and dry herbs and vegetables.

Cut tomatoes, peppers and onions into slices into a bowl.

Add chopped greens and lettuce.

Cut the fried fillets into small cubes and add to a bowl.

Season with salt to taste, season with oil and stir.
