Annette Arugula Salad

Arugula salad with tomatoes, a great option for a light salad of Italian cuisine. Easy to prepare and rich in vitamins, it will surely delight your loved ones and create a summer mood.

Tomatoes 3 pcs

Fetaxa 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Arugula 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Table mustard 1 tsp


Rinse tomatoes and herbs. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Put chopped tomatoes and small parsley leaves (without stems) in a bowl.

Add cheese and dried arugula.

Mix oil and mustard and a homogeneous mass.

Season the salad and stir.

Put on a dish.
