Bake the pepper in the oven until browned. Remove and quickly place in a plastic bag for 10 minutes.

Peel off.

Cut the tomatoes in half and mix with salt, nuts, pepper, dried basil and olive oil. Put on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C until browning.

Pour salad into a bowl and cut pepper into pieces.

Add diced feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and stir. Place the cherry tomato and feta salad on plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
