Beans and Corn Salad

If you are a lover of not only delicious but also hearty salads, then be sure to include this salad with beans and corn in your menu.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Red beans 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Soak the beans overnight.

Boil until tender and cool.

Place the cooked beans in a bowl and add the canned corn without liquid.

In a small bowl, mix together the butter and finely chopped dill, and peel the garlic.

Add compressed garlic and mix well.

Add the dressing to a bowl and season with salt.

Mix well.

The salad with beans and corn is ready. Can be served at the table.
