Vegetable salad in a cheese basket

Vegetable salad in a cheese basket is the most original way to prepare and serve a delicious vegetable salad on the festive table.

Ingredients

Hard cheese 30 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Tomatoes 1 pc

Parsley (greens)

Dill (greens)

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) for decoration

Green salad leaves for serving

Salt to taste

Preparation

Grate cheese.

Put the grated cheese in a hot frying pan, when the cheese begins to melt, pry on with a spatula and remove the cheese pancake from the pan.

Place in a glass or bowl. Cool down.

Cut vegetables and greens into a small bowl, season with salt and oil.

Put the salad in a basket and garnish with salad greens and onions.

Serve to the table.
