This simple and delicious beetroot vegetable salad is a great addition to a lean meal.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Beets (small) 3 pcs
Canned green peas 200 g
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Boil the beets until tender.
Cool and clean. Cut into cubes.
Add green peas and diced cucumbers.
Add chopped garlic. Mix. Salt as desired. Fill with oil.
Let it brew in the refrigerator and serve.
