Pickled mushroom salad

Delicious salad with pickled mushrooms. This salad can be prepared for any occasion, as long as there are pickled mushrooms in the refrigerator.

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 5 pcs

Pickled mushrooms 50 g

Sauerkraut 50 g

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Boil potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into cubes. Mix the prepared vegetables in a bowl.

Add mushrooms and sauerkraut.

Season the salad with oil and stir. Salt to taste. Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
