Crab meat salad

This delicate salad with crab meat can be prepared both for a festive table and for every day.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Crab meat 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Radish 5 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Loose rice 3 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 50 g


Boil eggs, rice until tender. Peel and chop the eggs, cool the rice.

In a large bowl, combine shredded crab meat, corn, small crescent-shaped radishes, and finely chopped onions.

Add rice and eggs.

Season with mayonnaise and salt if desired. Decorate with egg and radish cups. Let it soak for about 1 hour.
