"Agata" beetroot salad

Agata Beetroot Salad, this vibrant salad with beets, pickled cucumbers and cheese that can be made in minutes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Natural beet 1 piece

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Baltic cheese 50 g

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil the beets, cool and peel.

Grate the beets in a bowl on a coarse grater.

Add grated cheese and chopped pickled cucumbers.

Season with mayonnaise.

Stir, salt to taste.

Put in a salad bowl, garnish with finely chopped green onions.
