Baked potato salad

A salad with baked potatoes, onions and pickles will fit perfectly into your lean menu.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Potatoes 3 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash the potatoes well and put them in a baking dish, they can be wrapped in foil or simply put on the oven rack.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Cool, preferably in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or cook in the evening and put in the refrigerator overnight. Peel so that the most delicious, toasted crust remains.

Dice potatoes and cucumbers, onion into half rings.

Mix, salt and pepper. Season with sunflower oil.
