An interesting combination of chicken, cheese and tangerines on your New Year's table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Cheese 200 g
Mandarin 2-3 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Walnuts 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet and cool. Grate cheese, peel tangerines.
Put half of the finely chopped meat in the first layer.
Season with salt and grease with mayonnaise.
Add half of the grated cheese.
Add a layer of finely chopped tangerines.
Add the second layer of chicken, salt and brush with mayonnaise.
Repeat the layer of cheese and brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with tangerine wedges and herbs.
The Blue Light tangerine salad is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
