Combine soy sauce, fish sauce and grated garlic in a bowl.
Cut the squid into rings and fry in vegetable oil.
At the end of frying, first add the chili pepper to them, and then the mixture of sauces and garlic.
Cut the cucumber into strips, and cut the tomato in half, mix everything with the squid.
Add spinach, lettuce, stir and place on a plate.
Place the plastic-cut mozzarella cheese on top and pour over the rest of the sauce from the pan.
