Everyone's favorite salad "Vinaigrette". It can be prepared even in Fasting. A simple and delicious recipe.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrots 3 pcs
Beets 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs
Sauerkraut 200 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Boil and peel potatoes, carrots, beets. Cut into cubes.
Add diced cucumbers, cabbage and finely chopped onions.
Let it brew for 2 hours. Season with salt and oil. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top, if desired.
