Chicken fillet salad with fresh vegetables

This salad with chicken fillet and fresh vegetables without mayonnaise, but with a spicy touch, you will definitely love it.

Chicken fillet 200 pcs

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Ground red pepper 1 pinch.

Black sesame seeds 1 pinch.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry 200 grams of chicken fillet.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Cut the chicken fillet into small strips.

Season with 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of hot red pepper.

Fry fillets in a pan for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut 2 fresh cucumbers into strips into a bowl.

Add the bell pepper cut into strips and the fried chicken fillet.

Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped parsley.

Stir the salad and salt to taste. Season with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with 1 pinch of black sesame seeds.
