Vegetable salad with beans

Ingredients

Canned beans 200 g

Tomato 2-3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse vegetables, peel onions and peppers.

Put 200 grams of canned beans in a bowl, drain the liquid.

Cut cucumber and tomatoes into slices into a bowl.

Add chopped bell pepper and finely chopped onion.

Add canned beans and finely chopped parsley.

Stir the salad.
