Salad with olives and chicken

Salad with olives and chicken can be prepared not only for a festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Olives (green pitted) 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Salad 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse 200 grams of chicken fillet.

Put in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender for 15-20 minutes.

Cool the boiled meat.

Boil 2 eggs, cool and peel.

Dice eggs and chicken into a bowl.

Cut one red onion into half rings, cut 100 grams of pitted green olives into rings.

Add olives and chopped lettuce to a bowl.

Season the salad with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix gently. Salt to taste.

Oliva chicken salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
