Chicken under a fur coat is a simple and delicious layered salad for any festive table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Marinated champignons 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet in advance and cool.
Chop the meat finely.
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Put chicken fillet in a salad bowl in the first layer, salt and grease with mayonnaise.
Put a layer of pickled mushrooms in sliced plastics. Grease a little with mayonnaise.
Put grated egg whites on top of the mushrooms. Grease with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Add a layer of grated cheese. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Make the top layer from grated yolks.
Decorate with dill and mushrooms. Let the salad soak for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
