Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes

An original, bright, quick salad with arugula with cherry tomatoes can be prepared in just 10 minutes.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Cherry tomatoes 200 g

Parmesan cheese 50 g

Arugula 1 bunch

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Lemon juice 1 tsp


Wash 200 grams of cherry tomatoes and cut into halves. Fold into a bowl.

Cut 50 grams of Parmesan cheese into thin slices in a vegetable cutter.

Add a bunch of young arugula leaves.

Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a little lemon juice, about 1 teaspoon.

Season the salad and stir. Put on a dish.

Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes is ready. Can be served at the table.
