Water 1.5 l

Salami sausage 150 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2-3 tbsp. l.

Tomatoes 3 pcs

Arugula 1 bunch

Lemon juice 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste


In a bowl, cut 150 grams of salami into strips and 3 tomatoes into slices.

Throw the pasta in a colander and cool slightly.

Add arugula greens.

Season with salt to taste, season with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil with 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Stir and place on a platter.

Salad with pasta, salami and tomatoes is ready. Can be served at the table.
