Salad with crab sticks, rice and vegetables "Valencia"

This delicious and easy salad with crab sticks, rice and vegetables can be made for any occasion.

Ingredients

Crab sticks 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Rice 100 g

Eggs 3-4 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, combine diced crab sticks and canned corn.

Add the diced cucumber and bell pepper.

Boil the rice until tender, rinse and discard on a sieve.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Add rice and diced boiled eggs.

Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste. Stir the salad.
