"Lyubasha" salad

"Lyubasha" salad is a favorite salad for loved ones. The most delicious salad for Love!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 400 g

Champignons 200 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Peel the mushrooms and onions. Fry finely chopped mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil until tender.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender.

Boil carrots and potatoes, cool and peel.

Put an inverted glass on a flat dish, put a layer of grated potatoes around the glass, add a little salt. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Layer in a layer of finely chopped chicken fillet. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

A layer of finely chopped green onions.

Layer half of the grated carrots. Add a little salt and grease with mayonnaise. Put a layer of mushrooms and onions.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Lay out a layer of grated egg whites. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out the top layer in pieces from grated carrots.

Lay out the rest of the pieces with grated egg yolks.

Decorate with finely chopped dill and remove the glass. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak.
