Salted cucumbers salad with herbs and garlic

This spring salad with lightly salted cucumbers and herbs will decorate any picnic or your country table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Cucumbers 1 kg

Dill 100 g

Green onions 100 g

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Salt (no slide) 1 tsp

Red hot pepper 1 pinch.


Rinse and dry greens. Peel the garlic.

Chop the greens and mix in a bowl.

Add chopped garlic and red pepper.

Rinse and dry cucumbers.

Cut into slices in a flat dish. Season with salt and stir.

Top with greens and season with natural sunflower oil TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai.

Tighten with cling film and shake well, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Transfer to a salad bowl.
