New Year's salad "Fireworks"

Delicate, spicy New Year's salad "Fireworks" with chicken and prunes for your festive table.

Chicken fillet 200 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Prunes 50 g

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Greens to taste


Boil chicken fillet and eggs until tender.

Dice eggs and chicken into a bowl.

Soak prunes in boiling water, drain and dry.

Add chopped prunes and grated cheese to a bowl.

Add Korean chopped carrots and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad.

Put in a salad bowl, decorate as desired. New Year's Fireworks salad is ready. Can be served to the festive table
