Mozzarella salad

A delicious and simple summer vegetable salad with mozzarella, pieces of chicken fillet and vegetables, for those who love not only everything tasty, but also healthy.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Mozzarella (small balls) 100 g

Chicken fillet 2 pcs

Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.

Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry vegetables.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Salt and season with Provencal herbs.

Fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on both sides for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Chop vegetables into a bowl.

Add cheese and lettuce.

Cool the chicken fillet.

Cut the fillets into slices and add to the salad. Mix.

Add a pinch of dry herbs to the oil and season the salad.

Arrange on plates.
