Okroshka salad

Delicious spring salad, a la Okroshka. Well, very tasty, crumbled and refilled!

Cooking time 15 minutes


Ham 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Radish 5-7 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry vegetables.

Cut the cucumber and radish into strips in a bowl.

Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.

Cut eggs and sausage into a bowl and add canned peas.

Add finely chopped dill and mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste. Put in a salad bowl.

Okroshka salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
