Tomato and cheese salad

This tomato and cheese salad is a great choice for spring picnics and country outings. Sharp and very juicy.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Tomato 2 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry tomatoes and herbs. Grate cheese.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and place in a bowl.

Add chopped parsley and pressed garlic.

Add grated cheese and season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.

Stir the salad and place in a salad bowl.

Tomato and cheese salad is ready, you can serve it.
