Delicious, healthy and easy to prepare vegetable salad with chicken, Chinese cabbage and tomatoes. Perfect for those who follow their figure.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Peking cabbage 100 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Tomato 2 pcs
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
1 pinch pepper mixture.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Rub well with salt and pepper mixture. Brush with 2 tablespoons of oil and leave for 20 minutes.
Fry in a pan on both sides for 5 minutes until crusty.
Chop the Chinese cabbage into a bowl.
Add sliced tomatoes and herbs.
Add the sliced chicken and grated cheese.
Stir the salad, salt to taste and season with oil, put in a salad bowl.
Salad with chicken, Chinese cabbage and tomatoes is ready. Can be served to the table.
