Maki salad

Put the liver in a saucepan, add water and cook until tender.

Put the grated liver on a dish.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Boil eggs and carrots, cool and peel.

Put the grated boiled eggs in a second layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Layer a layer of grated carrots and brush with mayonnaise.

Cover the whole salad with grated cheese.

Cut out circles from a tomato and fold flowers from them. Place the halves of the olives in the middle.

Add parsley. Let the salad sit for a couple of hours.

The Maki salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
