This delicious and light salad with chicken and pomegranate seeds will cheer you up and will not hurt your figure at all.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Chicken fillet 1-2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
White cabbage 100 g
Carrot 1 pc
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet and carrots, rinse and dry well the herbs, cabbage and cucumber.
Chop cabbage and cucumber into strips into a bowl.
Pick the chicken fillet with your hands, grate the carrots, chop the greens finely.
Toss everything in a large bowl.
Peel the pomegranate.
Put a small portion of salad on a dish. Put some mayonnaise in the middle of the salad, or, if you wish, you can season the whole salad with mayonnaise or butter. Salt to taste. Decorate the top with pomegranate seeds.
