Harlequin Salad

A bright, appetizing and tasty Harlequin salad is prepared very simply, and the result will pleasantly surprise you.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Beet 1 pc

Carrots (small) 2 pcs

Ham 100 g

Red onion head 1 pc

Canned green peas 100 g

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil in advance, cool and peel the beets and carrots. Then cut into strips and fold into a bowl.

Add chopped ham, red onion and peas in half rings.

Season with mayonnaise and refrigerate for 2 hours.
