Beetroot salad

Simple, quick and delicious beetroot salad for a festive table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Beets 2-3 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Horseradish 1 tbsp. l.

Lettuce leaves

Green onions



Boil the beets, cool and peel.

Grate on a coarse grater and put in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise, horseradish and salt. Mix.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Beetroot salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
