Bean salad

This spicy Korean salad with beans and carrots is very tasty, you will try it once and will always cook it.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Red beans 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Soak beans in cold water overnight.

Boil the beans until tender and cool.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

In a bowl, combine the Korean-style beans and carrots.

Add fried onions and finely chopped dill.

Stir the salad well, season with salt to taste.

Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.

Bean salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
