Salad with fried chicken breast "Jasmine"

For Easter, you can cook not only Easter cakes and eggs. For example, the delicious Jasmine salad with fried chicken breast is a great treat on the Easter table.

Chicken breast (200 g) 1 pc

Canned corn 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


In a bowl, combine canned corn and Korean carrots.

Add chopped pickled cucumbers and chopped green onions into strips.

Season with mayonnaise and mix well.

Rinse and dry the chicken breast.

Beat well, season with salt and pepper.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until tender. Cool down.

Put the salad on a dish with lettuce leaves.

Arrange the sliced ​​chicken fillet.

Decorate with quarters of boiled eggs and parsley sprigs.
