First you need to prepare the dough: in a deep bowl, beat the butter and sugar until white, add the egg and continue beating. Then, in parts, add sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, while the dough is infused, it is necessary to prepare a cream, and for this we need:

200 grams of cottage cheese, another egg, 1, 5 tablespoons of fresh sour cream, 1, 5 tbsp. l. Sugar, corn sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp and canned apricots.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with a mixer at a slow speed first with sugar, then add the egg, vanillin, sour cream and starch. Beat until smooth.

After one hour, turn on the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees. First grease with oil into a special 19 cm detachable form, put the dough there, having previously rolled it out, make low sides, about 1 cm, pour in thick curd cream and lay out the apricots.

Send to the oven, bake the curd cake for 30-40 minutes, until the cream noticeably hardens. Cool when ready and serve cold.

With its unusual appearance and delicate taste, apricot pie will appeal to everyone, everyone will fall in love with everyone. Apricots by nature have a number of advantages and one of many is that they keep them young. Probably a good argument to start cooking this very hour!
