We offer a simple and quick way to make everyone's favorite delicacy, which turns out to be very tasty and will make you fall in love with its unusual and pleasant appearance:

First of all, using a blender, at medium speed, grind the chicken fillet until smooth
We transfer the mass into a deep bowl, following the recipe, drive in one egg, mix. Then add about 1 tablespoon of cornmeal, salt and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
On a floured board, form small balls about the size of a walnut (see photo 5). Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour it into a deep fryer and fry the croquettes in small portions, until they are light ruddy, about 3-5 minutes.
When ready, remove the croquettes with a slotted spoon, let the oil drain and put on a kitchen towel. We do everything with the rest of the minced meat.
Meanwhile, we prepare the vegetables: rinse the tomatoes and pat dry with a napkin. Peel the bell peppers and cut into even squares. To heighten the effect, we string ready-made chicken croquettes on wooden skewers, alternating with tomatoes and slices of sweet pepper.
Serve chicken croquettes on skewers to the table, preferably warm.
Of course, they can be served separately - in a slide, and vegetables can be served separately. But in this form, they look more impressive.
