  1. The chicken fillet must first be washed and cut into thin slices. Beat off each sliced ​​part separately with a special hammer.

  2. Then we prepare the batter for the chops: in a deep bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise or sour cream, a pinch of salt, flour and whisk until smooth. The mixture should not be very liquid and not very thick.
  3. Season chicken chops with salt on all sides, sprinkle with ground black pepper and fry in a small amount of hot oil on each side for 4-6 minutes, until golden brown.

  4. Transfer the cooked chicken chops to a separate bowl and let the heat rise slightly. When served, you can serve fresh tomatoes or prepare a light salad of fresh vegetables.

When ready, thanks to the batter, the meat is covered with a light crust, which is noticeable in the photograph, and in the insides, in this way, the juiciness and natural taste of the chicken is preserved.
