Where chicken will be an important ingredient, and baked potatoes will serve as a side dish, which will melt gently in your mouth. Before you start cooking, it will be more correct to prepare all the necessary products and thoroughly rinse the chicken and divide into moderately large pieces. Put in a deep bowl, pour in fresh kefir, sprinkle with some chicken spices, pepper and salt. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, we will deal with potatoes: you should peel them, rinse and divide them into medium slices. Add the rest of the spices, be sure to salt, pour with olive oil and stir (photo 2).

Next, cut the washed tomatoes into equal rings and put the potatoes in an even layer on the bottom of a heat-resistant baking dish, and then put the tomatoes on top.

After 30 minutes from the moment of marinating chicken meat, you need to cope with the laying of vegetables and then you can proceed to the final stage.

Turn on the oven! Lay the chicken meat evenly over the potatoes and tomatoes and pour over the rest of the marinade. Send to the oven for about 45 minutes.

Cook chicken and potatoes in oven at 200 degrees until the marinade is absorbed and the surface of the meat is covered with a golden brown appetizing crust.
