Detailed recipe for making Ratatouille with photo

First of all, you need to prepare a vegetable sauce, and for this you first need to rinse the bell peppers and wrap them in a plastic bag without peeling and send them to a preheated oven for 30 minutes, at a temperature of no more than 180 degrees, until the peppers are slightly charred.

Next, let it cool a little, remove the film and cut the sweet pepper into small cubes. We also chop the onions.

We wash 2-3 tomatoes and rub them on a coarse grater. Pour half of the oil specified in the ingredients into the pan, first fry the onion until the juice runs out and becomes slightly transparent, then put the bell peppers and grated tomatoes. Add a little salt and mix. Cook for 5-10 minutes in stewing mode.

In the meantime, we prepare the main ingredients of our dish: Zucchini, eggplant and the rest of the tomatoes, cut into moderately thin and round slices.

For dressing: finely chop the dill and garlic, collect in a small bowl and grind with a crush. Pour the second part of olive oil on top. Sprinkle with salt to taste, add a little red pepper and other spices for pungency, mix thoroughly.

The next important step is to transfer the stewed vegetable sauce for Ratatouille into a special baking dish, put all the chopped foods on top of the sauce, alternating each time: zucchini with zucchini and tomatoes, and finally pour all this stuff with spicy dressing.

Turn on the oven, preheat to 180 degrees. Cover the tin with foil and bake in an iron cabinet for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and send it back to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

What else can be said about the dish? Probably, for a side dish this is the very thing, only a little calorie is missing. As for the rest: the taste, aroma and juiciness of vegetables, however, like the look itself, is remembered for a long time.

Ratatouille is simple, beautiful and incredibly tasty!
