Vegetable salad with sorrel


Fresh cucumber 2-3 pcs

Bell pepper 1-2 pcs

Sorrel 1 bunch

Lemon 1/4 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry cucumbers, peppers and sorrel.

In a bowl, cut cucumbers into half rings and pepper into strips.

Add coarsely chopped sorrel herbs.

Separately, in a bowl, mix together the oil, salt, ground pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.

Pour the dressing into a bowl of salad and stir.

Serve to the table.
